19th Annual World Championships of Sand Sculpture
All these scultpures are crafted using sand and water only, it usually takes 25 hours over 3 days to create them. The Festival of Lights takes place at the Van Dusen Botanical Garden, every year around Christmas. We were lucky with the weather that night, but the place was really crowded. All pictures taken with my 50mm f/1.8 lens.
